Cancellation/Return Policy

Cancellation Policy 

  • One can cancel the order by sending us an email at within 24 hours of placing the order
  • For Prepaid Orders, Rs 100 will be charged as cancellation charges during the refund process.
  • If a Prepaid International order is cancelled, the customer is responsible for 5% exchange fees on the total value of the order, and the balance would be refunded to the original account.
  • Order once dispatched from our warehouse, cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
  • Orders cannot be altered once they are placed, they can only be cancelled, and you need to place a new order.
  • Any order cancellation request will be processed only via email. Please drop an email to within 24 hours of placing the order.

Return Policy

Since skincare products fall under personal hygiene, we do not accept returns/exchanges.

  • On the rare occasion, if your product is damaged or leaks during transit, Please notify us by email at within 24 hours of receiving it. We will assist you in getting a replacement or refund for them, and if necessary, the reverse pickup would be arranged from our end, once the product reaches our warehouse, and necessary action for the same would be done within three working days.
  • Damages caused upon negligence or incorrect application cannot be covered under the Returns Policy. 
  • No exchange or return of product due to allergies/skin reactions, dislikes of fragrance or color (some raw materials used to make products may have changed due to seasonal harvest, which might impact slight variation in colour and smellWhenever you introduce a new product into your routine, you must do a PATCH TEST. ).
